You need to belongs to commerce/non commerce,arts,science background.
A degree or master's degree in Corporate Secretaryship is required.
you need to Pass in Final examination of ICWAI or ICAI .

Company Accounts and Cost & Management Accounting
Tax Laws
Management Information Systems and Corporate Communication

Group-II
Company Law
Company Secretarial Practice
Economic, Labour and Industrial Laws
Securities Laws and Regulation of Financial Markets

Qualification:

you need to pass 50% marks in all the subjects.+2 woth 60% aggregate.
