you see, if you are interested to work with your field, i.e software related jobs, then you must do mtech.

specially if you want to do research oriented jobs, then MTech is compulsary.

but if you are not interested to work in your engineering field, then it is essential to do MBA.

but one things you should remember, for getting promotion in company, MBA is essentially required.

CS have a good scopr in india.a CS qualified student can go for job or can go for teaching faculty in govt or private management institutes.

so do not about placements.

CS is a very reputed program and Career as a Company Secretary is not only prestigious and financially rewarding but also carries with it a high level of job satisfaction. The job of a Company secretary is very different then that of Personal or office Secretary.
Personal Seceratry is somebody who looks after all the administrative work (like maintaining files, operating telephones, typing letters and other clerical functions) of a company, a group or an Individual. Whereas, Company Secretary is an in-house legal expert, a compliance officer of the Company, an expert in corporate laws, securities laws & capital market and corporate governance & An in-house legal expert; a compliance officer of the Company. Scope is lots. After you computer science BTech Degree you can do your masters from a good college like the IITs

So think of MTech in computer science if you want to boost your career. Another option which is completely different from MTech is MBA. Chose MBA only if you are interested in it otherwise you will land up to nowhere

after done your cs you can join any firm to get experience and during experience you can join mba after get experienced and done mba you can join good firm and A Company Secretary has nothing to do with regular secretarial work.As per the Companies Act, a statutory requirement is that companies with a paid up share capital of a minimum of Rs 50 lakh are required to appoint a Company Secretary.A person with a thorough knowledge of all relevant laws can be a good CS there is good chances with government sectors, in bodies like the Bureau of Public Enterprises, government financial institutions and stock exchanges. Other government openings are the Accounts branch of the Central Government Law Services; the finance, law, accounts and merchant banking divisions of nationalised banks. An option for the academically inclined is as lectures in universities. A combination of experience and expertise can lead to appointment at top level positions like chairman, directors and managing director, in reputed organisations

if you not interest for M.tech then you can do MBA after appear CAT exam
if you not interested for higher study then you can join any IT industry according to your performance

CS branch has a huge scope all over the world.
But make sure you do good courses before you completer your CS stream.
there are many competitive exams like GATE, GRE, MBA wherer you can appear ...

By CS, do you mean a company secretary course? It is a good course and sort out by many youngsters. There are three stages for this course – foundation course, intermediate course and the final course. There are many openings for those who have completed all three stages. Any company with a capital greater than 50 lakhs is required to appoint a company secretary. Company Secretary look after all legal matters of the company.

I need guidance for pursuing the CS course. I am 29 years old and presently working in a BPO. Although I am working in a Compliance based BPO work (purely retail banking work), I afraid my experienced would be valued for the CS job. However, I decided to enroll for the CS course as I want to involve myself into studies and get out of the BPO tag. I have left studies 6 years back after my BCOM. Presently I am drawing close to 30k per month. Please help me in understanding how the CS course would help me in my career growth. Do I have to leave the present job and take a less paid job after the completion of the professional program? How does it work out?
