cpt stands for common proficiency test , it is the entrance conducted by institute of charted accountant of India for entry in ca course,

as per latest notification of institute of cost and management of india and institute of company secretary of india has allowed exemption from foundation courses of cs and icwai for cpt passed students,

so cpt passed students can get direct admission in executive program of cs institute and

inter course of icwai ,
