Yes, you can apply for the NICL Administrative Officer (AO) Generalist exam since; the minimum educational qualification for this exam is Graduation from any of the recognized University/College in India or you can apply for the post of Assistant in NICL for which the minimum educational qualification is 10+2 with 60% marks along with the knowledge of regional language of the State of the employment.

Educational Qualification for NIC- AO Exam:

NICL-AO (Generalist): The aspirant should be Graduate from any of the recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government of India.

NICL-AO (Specialist): Qualifications required is either of the Chartered Accountant (ICAI), Cost Accountant (ICAI), and M.B.A in Finance, B.Com, and M.Com, B.E/B.Tech or graduate in Law.

Age Criteria: The eligible age criteria required to apply for the post of AO (Generalist) in NICL is 21-30 years and NICL Assistant is 18-28 years. Nevertheless, there is an age relaxation provided to the candidates of reserved category by the government which is as follows:

4. For PWD (OBC): 13 years
