Re: Can I appear for Bank Exams being a student of 2nd year B.Com course?
Dear friend,
At present you can not apply for bank exam but after completing your B.Com you are elligible to apply for banking exam. Every year IBPS(Institute Of Banking and Personal Selection) conducts exam for the post of PO (Probationary Officer) SO (Specialist Officer) and Clerical. IBPS jointy conducts exam for 19 public sector banks. The Examination of PO and Clerk are held in two phases- 1- Pre Exam which consist of English Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude. 2- Mains Exam consist of English Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude and General Awareness and Computer Aptitude. For PO exam nowdays one additional section of Essay and Letter is added in mains exam. For SO one subject is added to the mains exam known as Professional Knowledge which is basically a computer related subject. Also IBPS conducts exam for PO and Clerk for SBI individually. The exam pattern is same as mentioned above. Hope you must be satisfied with the answer. Thank You. |
