Can I appear as a private candidate from Delhi for 12th CBSE?

sir i appear in 12th cbse from kv nagpur and failed in three subject. can i appear as private candiate from delhi or not? what is the last date for submission of form as private candidate. whether i have to appear in three subjects only or in all five subjects.

you have to appear for all five subjects .
so in that time just give the exam with good preparation
and pass in all subjects with good preparation .

i hav studied class 11 in kv....but in 12 my attendance were short so i.could not give 12...so can i give it through private candidate....scienve stream....can i chance the subject combination i studied in 11 or i hav to give d same subject combination
