Can I appear for UPSC exam while working as Junior Engineering in PWD?
I passed my B.E. civil degree course in 1993. Presently i am working as junior engineer in P.W.D Daman~Diu.I want to pass UPSC exam for getting promotion for higher post.Please Guide me Which exam I have to Pass?
