i am doing 3rd year b.tech(it).i can give CDS examz

CDS i.e combined Defense Services held Twice in a year which is conducted by UPSC board.

And attempting in Third year of Engineering is not possible. You can apply it with fake Details, Try it once for Experience purpose but if you put your real details and if you are not eligible, They will send you one Letter regarding "You are not Eligible to write CDS exam This year due to age limits Or Educational Qualification".

You can apply in the Fourth year of Engineering. Don't worry it held twice in a year.
One will be in January and Another one will be in the month of September.

For forms you can buy it from Your nearest GPO's.

im doing my btech final...i didnt write CDS(I) exam...am i now eligible for writing CDS(II) exam???do we need to write CDS(I) before writing CDS(II) ????plz do replyyyy.....

It is not at all like this, UPSC conduct CDS exam twice in a year during february and september.If someone couldn't able to appear for CDSI then he/she can surely appear for CDSII if he/she qualifies all the requirements of age and educational qualification.so you can surely apply for it now because CDSII notification has been released in the employment newspaper of 7th may.
So best of Luck and just apply for it..

Sorry to say but you are not eligible to apply for the CDS examination as you are under qualified for it.The minimum eligibility criteria for the examination is that the candidate must be a Graduate or a final year graduation candidate can apply for the examination if he meets the age limit criteria.
As you are in 3rd year of B.Tech you are not eligible to apply for the CDS examination.
