Can I apply for Government jobs being a distance Diploma Mechanical holder of a UGC affiliated university?
Dear Sir/Madam, I have completed my Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from distance education and from a UGC affiliated university. I want to apply for jobs in Government sector. Kindly let me know that can I apply for such jobs?

No, you can not apply for government jobs being a distance diploma holder.
Candidates who have done diploma in engineering in regular mode from a AICTE recognized institute can apply for jobs in government sector. According to AICTE, distance or part time diploma is unauthorized course offered by some universities. |
