Can I apply for IFS after completing B.Sc Industrial Science from Open University?
I'm currently studying Aircraft Maintenance Engineering which is a license course and simultaneously studying B.Sc Industrial Science from Open University as a Distance learning mode which has following subjects :
Semester 1 1)English Communication 2)Applied Mathematics 3)Organizational Behaviour 4)Business Environment- I Semester 2 1)Environmental Studies 2) Applied Science 3)Introduction to ERP 4)Business Environment- ll Semester 3 1)IT and E-Learning Skills 2)Office Tools 3)Japanese Management Techniques 4)Quality Assurance & Control Semester 4 1)Communication Skills 2)Project Management using MS-Proiect 3)Entrepreneurship Development 4)Quality Management Systems Semseter 5 1)Personalitv and Career Skills 2)Engineering Graphics 3)Electrical Technology 4)Production Technology- I Semester 6 1)Quantitative Aptitude 2)CNC Technology 3)Production Technology- ll The subjects which I find related with the eligibility criteria for Indian Forest Service examination are Applied Mathematics and Applied Science. Please let me know If I'm eligible or not. Thank you. |

No, You can't apply for IFS after completing B.Sc Industrial Science from Open University.
You must have completed Graduation with Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Forestry or Engineering of a recognised university. |
