The subjects which I find related with the eligibility criteria for Indian Forest Service examination are Applied Mathematics and Applied Science. Please let me know If I'm eligible or not.

No, You can't apply for IFS after completing B.Sc Industrial Science from Open University.

You must have completed Graduation with Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Forestry or Engineering of a recognised university.
