To become an income tax officer

you should complete the graduation degree from the recognized university

you should write the ssc,the ssc is conducted by the combined graduate level exams

your age must be 18-27, years for the general candidates

your age must be 18-30 years ,for the obc candidates

your age must be 18-32 years ,for the sc/st candidates

your age must be 18-37 years ,for the physical handicapped candidates

you must be an india citizen

tier -i

maths

english

reasoning

tier -i carries 200 marks

tier-ii

english-100 marks

maths -100 marks

the salary is about 25k-35k for the fresher
