Can I apply for JTO exam after finishing B.E ECE with 65%?


sir,
i'm finished BE(ECE)degree with 65% agg mark. can i apply JTO EXAM,please tell me sir

Eligibility Criteria
In order to appear for the JTO exam it is a must that the candidate should have done Bachelors in Engineering or Bachelors in Technology from a recognized institute.
Specialization: Telecommunications, Computers, Electronics, Radio Engineering.
Age Limit: Candidate should be at least 21 years of age and not more than 30 years.
Final year students can also appear for this exam.
