It does not matter in how many attempts you have passed 10+2 board exams. If you have 50% marks in higher secondary board then you can apply for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test.

You can appear for third time in Maharashtra board to score more marks in 10+2. PCB subjects are necessary in 12th. The age limit for NEET exam is 17-25 years.

NEET refers to National Eligibility cum Entrance Test and same is a national level medical entrance examination held for offering admission in undergraduate medical degree courses in various medical colleges of India.

The minimum eligibility criteria required for appearing in NEET is a higher secondary school degree with science stream with PCB group as main subjects with at least 50% marks from a recognized board of education. Marks relaxation of 10% is allowed for reserved category candidates.

Now as far as you are concerned about the eligibility for NEET if you qualify your higher secondary school degree in three attempts then I would like to let you know that you are certainly eligible if you secure the required aggregate at your higher secondary school degree level irrespective of your attempts required to qualify your higher secondary school degree.

You are eligible to apply for NEET examination after completion of your 12th standard or an equivalent examination with PCB stream with minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for SC/ ST) marks from a Government recognised board. If you have passed the 12th standard board examinations of Maharashtra board then, you won't have any chance to appear in the examinations again. You should be less than 25 years of age as on 31st December of the year of examination to be eligible to apply for NEET examination. Upper age relaxation is applicable to reserved category candidates as per government rules to apply for NEET examination.
