The General category Candidate must have 50 % marks in the class 12th with physics, chemistry and biology subject taken together. For Sc/ST candidate required 40% marks and for PH candidate require 45% marks .

The minimum age of the candidates should be 17years.The upper age relaxation of 5 years is there for the schedule caste/ schedule tribe / other backward classes. There is no upper age limit for candidates appearing in the AIIMS exam.

Yes , You can apply for AIIMS exam in 2014 .

AIIMS Exam Pattern:-

Total Number of Questions: 180
Total Time: 3 hours
Negative Marking: 1/4th the total marks

Physics- 45 Questions
Chemistry- 45 Questions
Botany- 45 Questions
Zoology- 45 Questions
