i am persuing b.tech from cs branch ....can I do IAS after B.Tech?

Criteria for IAS requires that you should be a graduate from recognized & valid university.Also your age should be between 21 to 30 years.
So you are definetely elligible.....

Yes, after B.Tech you can become IAS.
For this, you need to write civil service exam conducted by UPSC (Union public service commission). It consist of
prelims
mains
interview.

Yes of course. You are eligible to apply for IAS after B.Tech. The basic eligibility as to appear in the IAS exam is to have a graduation. Candidates only need to have passed their graduation. No percentage specification is asked. Candidates must be under the age of 30 years as to appear in the IAS exam. Please visit the official website as to get more information.

the eligibility criteria for IAS exam is graduate (from any field) or equivalent .. so you can be an IAS officier if you get through the exams ... there is 1 prelims exam 1 mains and if you get through both then there will be an interview..

if you are having above 60% marks in graduation and you are not exceeding the age limit of 28 years as required for the exam, then you are surely eligible to give the exam. the notification of the exam will come in the employment news. so keep checking that regularly. you can also find the updates regarding the exam on
www.upsc.gov.in

i want to earn more money so what type job is better for me. nowdays i am pursing in b.tech forth year with computer science

yes you are eligible for IAS.
Attempt -only 4 for general category.
age- not more than 30.
