No, you cannot become Physician based on your B.Sc Nursing qualification.

For becoming Physician the candidate should hold at least a MBBS degree and do their specialisation. After completing all the courses you’ll be given training and then you can become a Physician.
Since you are studying B.Sc Nursing which is not equivalent to MBBS degree you are not eligible for becoming Physician.

The jobs which you exam get after completing B.Sc Nursing are as follows:

- Case Manager
- Certified nurse midwife
- Clinical nurse specialist
- Nurse anaesthetic
- Nurse educator
- Nurse practitioner
- Staff nurse and etc.,
