Yes,You may try for it but don't just depend on it,Mostly there is very less availability that is 25% among 100% but at least always try for everything may you will get it..

Mostly the Government Colleges have high cutoffs as compared to other private institutions and also there are lots of reservations,Hence,General Candidate have to seek admission by the basis of Merits.

But,There is good chance to seek admission in Best Private Colleges.
