I am currently in class 11 moving to 12 in PCM english and economics. Can i take up B com after 12? What is the diff. Between it and BA economics?

Yes you can do the B.Com . The difference between them is that B.Com is Practical but BA Economics is Theortical

B.Com is helpful only when you want to become a CA or CWA. in CFA you do have to study accounting but it has limitations.

BA Economics Hons can be far more better than B.Com because Hons Subject have very high Value

Yes you can do B.Com after your 12th. In B.Com you have to study all the subjects like account,but in BA Economics the subject studied related to economics field only and more emphasis given on the economics subject. it is like specialized course.

If you are pursuing 12th with PCM, you can easily get admission in either B.com or BA(Eco) as you wish.
But scope of B.com is much more wider than BA(Eco), so its my personal suggestion to go for B.com.

It would be difficult to cope up with the B.Com after pursuing science subjects in 12th standard. You will have no basic understanding of the concepts of accountancy. It will be easier if you chose BA instead. Since you have already studied economics as a subject in 12th standard you will find it easier for cope up. However all this depends on what area you would like to make a career.

I am thinking of doing Economics honours and then CA after graduation?... is this a good option... I am currently in 12th with PCM and economics.

BCOM and BA(economics) are completely different course.if you are good in mug up then take BA ,because all this is theory though it has a good scope.BCOM is a practical subject.it include accounting work.it is not necessary that if you are doing CA then only its of use to take admission in BCOM.even a BCOM graduate can do accounting,finance work,it also have good scope.

I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for B.Com after passing 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Maths.
You have to concentrate on your Non-medical subject.
You have many option after passing 12th with PCM like:-
N.D.A
B.SC IT
B.TECH
B.SC MATHS
B.SC PHYSICS
B.TECH
etc
