I have completed my 10th Board exams and I do not wish to do Intermediate. Instead I was thinking to do degree course directly. So, if not graduation then am I eligible to do Diploma in Psychology? From where can I do Diploma in Psychology?

After completion of 10th you can pursue diploma in psychology but there is no use of doing diploma in psychology because you will not get job just on the basis of diploma course hence, I would like to suggest you to opt for Arts stream in 11th with psychology as one of the subjects and then go for bachelor degree course in psychology.
