Sure you can join for the diploma course after 10th. Make sure you pursue it from a recognised institute like polytechnics. The duration of this course is 3 years. You must appear for the LEET exam when you are in the third year of the course. Along with it do take the NATA exam also.

I don't think there is a diploma course in the branch of architecture. There may be a diploma course in Interior Design, or Civil Engineering, but diploma in architecture is unheard of.
