I'm a botany bsc student I want to progress my carrier in Hindi can I do Ratna in Hindi ? And what is its eligibility or date?

No, you can't do Ratna in hindi. Eligibility Criteria:-

:- The applicant must have passed 12th from a recognized board with minimum of 50-60 % Mark's.

:- The applicant must have passed Graduation from a recognized board with minimum of 50%Mark's.

:- The applicant must attain 50%Mark's with Hindi as a main Subjects

The candidate must have completed graduation in any subject with 50% marks from a recognized university along with Hindi from a recognized board and B.A level diploma in Hindi from any institute recognized by the Government of India (Vidwan, Ratna, Shastri etc) along with intermediate.

Since, you don't have Hindi as a passing subject unfortunately, you cannot apply for the Ratna exam. If you are really interested in giving this exam or learning Hindi so, I will suggest you to join the Diploma course in Hindi and once you complete the course you will be apply to apply for Ratna.
