I am in mca final year with 66%.
I have three-year gap.
My academic record is very poor.
Can i eligible for any non-criterian IT company ?

Yeah you can get a job in IT company. Having got 60% in MCA which is a post graduate course there are many chances for you to join in IT company. Most of the IT companies prefer for 60% throughout your academics which is not only your MCA but your UG, 12th and 10 th class.

Having told that you academics record is not good, there is no problem there are still many companies which are running in small scale where you can gain experience and then later move on to a large company with the experience which you possess through it.

You need to have some basic technical skills in order to crack the interview process. Apart from that the interview process would include aptitude test, group discussion and interview. So, there won't be any problem for you to join in IT company.
