Yes definitely you're eligible for M.Tech in aerospace engineering after completing B.Tech in chemical engineering. The stream which you have take in bachelor degree course does not matter. But, you should have a minimum 60% percentage of marks in Engineering degree course in order to make you eligible for M.Tech in aerospace engineering course.

Apart from this criteria you should also crack the entrance examination which is (GATE) Entrance Examination. The applicant who crack the entrance examination with good marks may get admission for M.Tech course in reputed colleges. There are lot of engineering colleges/institutions which accepts GATE score card.
