Can I get admission in any government college after scoring 70% in board exam?


sir i hope i can get 70% marks in my board exam can i get addmistion in any govt college on the basis of these i want to do b.tec.....?

can i get admission in govt. college of gujarat if my merit rank is 566 and merit mark is 65.58333 in cbse.. ????
