This Year the cut off mark is more than 50 in AIEEE. So I think you should try for next year AIEEE exam in 2013 and work hard to score more marks and get good rank. Because you will not able to get addmission as your expectation. It is hard to do but not impossible for you to score more marks in AIEEE 2013. So use your this year experience in the upcoming exams. You score very less marks in A.I.E.E.E.
The cutoff marks in A.I.E.E.E exam is 145.

You not get admissions in top engineering college like B.I.T.
You can take admissions in low ranking college in your state..
But if you want you can try next time and score good rank and
after that you can get admissions in top college.
