hello,

Congratulations for getting a good rank. HBTI is one of the government owned college of uttar pradesh technical university.. Generally candidate gets HBTI below 1000 Gen rank.
But nothing can be said until the counselling is done.
you should attend counselling and you will get to know the exact scenario.IF not HBTI , you can still get any other good college. Also you can try re-counselling.
