Joint Entrance Exam has replaced AIEEE (All India Engineering Entrance Exam). Now JEE Mains score decides the admission for undergraduate programmers in IITs, NITs and other technical institutions in India. You can apply for the lateral entry as any candidate who had completed their Engineering/ Pharmacy/ Architecture diploma program for any AICTE approved institute with minimum 45 per cent marks can apply for the admission to the second year of four- year degree programme. Lateral entry candidates does not appear in any entrance examination.
