IN 2016 I WILL COMPLETE MY DIPLOMA IN ELECTRONICS AND MY COLLEGE IS APPROVED BY AICTE .SO CAN I APPLY IN ANY IIT COLLEGE OR GOVERNMENT COLLEGE FOR BTech IN 2ND YR
