i am monica mukherjee, my gnrl rank is 12352 and gl 1720 in upsee 2011, I want to know that can i gt any govt collg... with rank and quota...... ????

I am sorry but it would to difficult for you to get a government college in up technical university seeing the last year cutoff ranks for government colleges. But yes there is a good chance for you to get a good private college and if you are lucky enough then may be a government college in re-counselling.
