Hi, I recently appeared for my final year university exams of B.Tech. I have 3 backlogs in my previous years which I have not cleared yet. So, will I get my provisional marks sheet on the basis of which I can search out for jobs? Or, do I need to clear the backlogs also then only college will issue marks sheet?

You can not get Bachelor of Technology course provisional certificates with existing backlogs in bachelor's degree.

You need to clear backlogs in bachelor's degree to get provisional certificates.

Without clearing backlogs, you can not get certificates.
