Sir,i got 6000 rank in cusat 2011.can i get good college?

i got 64% in 2 will i get admission in cusat engineering

My cusat 2014 rank 5993 ( ezhava 679 ) is that good rank? and which colleges i can expect, any chance
for govnt colleges? kindly advice.
