Can I get government college in Ajmer, Bikaner and Udaipur after scoring 9900 rank in RPET and 3500 in OBC category?

i have my rank in rpet 6165 and obc rank is 2048 can i get mbm and udaipur and rtu college

i have my rank in rpet 47967 and ST rank is 3332 can i get gover college in ajmer,bikaner ,udaipur and kota
