Can I get into IIT after scoring 180 marks?

Scoring mark within 185 to 195 , u can have a rank of around 8000 to 9000...
But to get into IIT u need to posses a rank witin 1500

U may not ,, since scoring 180 to 190 mark wont give a rank within 1500...which u need to posses to get into IIT

its all depend on cutt-off marks of that particular year and also on quota in which you are lying.... for sc/st and obc-nc you surely get iit but its difficult for a general category candidate....

hii, 180 marks very low man sorry not at all possible.

the cutoff of the rank list provided by the iit in the academic year 2010 was 190 marks.
so at 180 marks it is difficult to get admission in the iit.
