hello friend,

no you can't get govt seats with this rank .
because this rank is not enough to get a seat in govt quota .
so just try for next year or try to take admission in any good private college.
so don't worry just go ahead.

No you will not be able to get a seat in any government college in Karnataka.

Your rank is good in the entrance exam but not in the govt.colleges .

You should try for some private colleges in Karnataka which too have high reputation.
