Hello Sir/Madam, I have completed Diploma and currently preparing for the Government jobs. After getting Government job if I will do BTech in AMIE then is it good for promotions in job? Is AMIE valid for Government promotions?

Yes, you can get promotion through AMIE if you are working in a private sector.

Yes it is possible to get promotions in government sector,
AMIE is recognised by Govt. of India and is valid for IES, UPSC, GATE, IES and Govt Jobs

And yes ,You can apply for state govt jobs and in a few public sector undertakings (depending upon rules of that particular PSU).
