AS per my knowledge, no you are not eligible to get seat in any university after scoring below 20,000 rank.
My suggestion to you is that you can apply for admission in that college which accept your score. |

As per the information you have provided in your query, you scored below 20,000 rank So, you are not eligible to get admission in any good Govt college. However if you are reserved category candidate then you can apply for admission in good Govt college which accept your score.
My suggestion to you is that you can apply for admission in private college or University because you are not eligible to get admission in any Govt top reputed college after scoring below 20,000 rank. In order to get admission in any college, you must meet the cut off marks of the college which is set by the institution itself and it changes every year. |
