Can I get seat in Mojerla Horticulture College with 24700 rank in TS EAMCET?


I have secured 24700 rank in TS EAMCET. Can I get seat in Mojerla Horticulture College? I am thinking to join this college so I need to know with this rank I can get seat or not. Please let me know as soon as possible.

With this rank,there are very slim chances to get the seat. Yes chances are there if the candidate belongs to special category SC/ST/OBC / CAP/Sports quota .
I point of view attend both the counseling (regular and special reservation counseling) .
