Can I get top colleges after scoring 185.5 cutoff?


Sir, i am very intrested in computer subjects like cs,ec engineerings. But for my cut off 185.5 (mbc), i will not get top colleges. My friend advised me to take civil engineering and they said that so only i could get top colleges. What will i do sir?
