Re: Can I give Civil Service exams after doing B.Pharm.?
The Candidates applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility condition for admission to examination. Commission take up verification of eligibility conditions with reference to original documents only after the candidate has qualified for interview/Personality Test.
Educational Qualifications : Graduates in any discipline from a recognised university. Candidates having professional and technical qualifications recognised by the government are also eligible. Those who have appeared in the final year but do not have the result can also apply but they would have to produce proof of passing the exam with their application for the Main Exam. |

There is no special field in Civil services for your branch. So you will have to choose subjects as per your interest and capability of studies. There could be some subjects that you never would like study and there would be some subjects that you might like to read about. Re: Can I give Civil Service exams after doing B.Pharm.?
Dear,
Yes you are eligible for the civil services exam. The minimum educational requirement needed is to be a graduate in any field. To sit for the IAS / IPS exam you need to clear the CSAT exam conducted by the UPSC. Age limitation is between 21-30 years with 3 years relaxation for the OBC categories while 5 years relaxation for the SC/ST candidates. General knowledge is the key to success in these type of exams. Thanks. |
