can i give iit exam after diploma of 3 years after compeling my 10

No you are not eligible for the IIT exam after completing your three year diploma after 10th class.

Here is the eligibility for IIT exam that you must have to fulfill before going for the IIT exam :

Eligibility:

General and OBC candidates must have secured at least 60% marks and SC/ST candidate securing 55% marks in 12th can apply for IIT-JEE exam.

Also you must have to complete your 12th from any recognized board.

"A candidate can attempt JEE Advanced maximum two times in consecutive years".

So after completing your diploma you can go for the graduation in many college through LEET exam in direst second year but not in the IIT.

If you done your diploma degree from a recognized university or from state technical university to give atleast three years then yes you are eligible to give this exam. Even final year students who have given their 10+2 exam can apply for this examination.
