hello sir,
I'm a MBA guy. i have already applied for the exam. but my query is i have short sight problem i am wearing glass. can i join in air force? is there any eligibility problem by this?

You can join Indian Air Force even if you have spectacles.
Your eye vision should be within what is decided by the Indian Air Force authority. For most of the job, there should not be myopia or hyper-myopia more than +4.5 or -4.5. in some case it may be +4 or -4. There should not be any colour blindness. Candidates must have vision is 20/20 with corrective lenses. Air Force Common Admission Test or AFCAT is by far the biggest exam conducted for entry into the IAF. Candidates after appearing for the written test has to undergo (AFSB)SSB . The written test is same for all the candidates irrespective of the Branch Applied i.e. Flying, Technical or Ground Duties. The minimum acceptable height for Male candidate is 157.5 cms. For women candidate’s minimum acceptable height is 152 cms. For Gorkhas and individuals belonging to hills of North Eastern region of India, Garhwali and Kumaon, the Minimum acceptable height will be 5 cms less.
