In order to be considered eligible for the Bachelor Preparatory Program (BPP), one must have attained the age of Eighteen years.
Apart from this, there is no formal qualification required to pursue the Bachelor Preparatory Program and neither there is any maximum age limit for the same.

So, being a 37 year old lady, you can definitely pursue Bachelor Preparatory Program (BPP).
The minimum duration of the program is Six months and the maximum duration is Two years.

Q. I had taken BPP course of IGNOU and reached successfully up to bcom 2nd year afterwards due to unavoidable circumstances could not continue the course.
