Can I join IIT being a candidate expecting a cut off of 199?


i am expecting a cut off of 199.... can i join iit with that marks

yes if you are getting a sit in the iit guarantee but it is not possible to say that u can get u r favourite branch in top most iit . but guaranteely u can get a nice group in one ofthe reputed iit's
