The Intermediate Course of Company Secretary Course is now has been named Executive Program. So, being a graduate, yes you can definitely enroll for it.
A graduate in any discipline is eligible to get exemption from the Foundation Program.
Now as far as the Coaching institute in Bangalore and Pune is concerned, you must consult the nearest regional council of ICSI to get information regarding the institutes accredited by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
