I have completed graduation with Bachelor of Science i.e., B.Sc. Now, after this can I pursue Polytechnic course? If yes, then in which field or subject area should I pursue Polytechnic course?

The required minimum eligibility to get admission in polytechnic course is that candidate must have passed 10th from a recognised board.

So, you are eligible to pursue the course. You can pursue in the stream as per your choice.
