I scored a mean grade of C+ in Kcse 2021/2022 with a D plain in mathematics and chemistry, can I qualify to either study a diploma or a certificate in
community health nursing

Those who have completed their class 12 from a recognised board with atleast 60% marks are eligible for diploma in Nursing.

The age of candidate must be between 18 to 25 years.

Must have passed in all compulsory subject.

Aggregate grade : C plain
Mandatory subjects
Biology or biological science : C plain
English :C plain
C plain in physics, maths, chemistry, general science etc
