For entrance exams conducted by state or the central government, you will also need to fulfill other eligibility criteria applicable to a particular examination, like the age limit, requirement of bachelors degree in a particular stream etc. But as far as the degree awarded by the rajasthan vidyapeeth university is concerned, it is definitely acceptable for exams conducted on central or state level.
The rajasthan vidyapeeth university is approved by the Distance Education Council and hence, you will be considered equivalent to graduates from any other recognized university of India.
