No, you are not eligible for computer engineering after 12th arts.

Eligibility criteria for for B.Tech in computer science engineering:-

1) You must have completed 12th standard from recognized board with above 50% marks and your 12th standard subject must be Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.

2) Your age should be below 17 years.
