Me Arun, Have B.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering and M.Tech degree in Industrial Engineering and Management specialization.Tell me whether can I take Phd in computer science and Engineering, and also tell me about the institutions offer such Phd programs.

See Arun, there is absolutely no problem in opting for PhD. in such genre. But see what happens is that a Ph.D. degree in any genre, especially in computer science is difficult without finding a proper guide.
