Hi, I am currently pursuing my B.Com 1st year from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. However, I wanted to take transfer to Maulana Azad College, Kolkata in B.Com 2nd year. Is it possible? If yes, then how?

No it is not possible. As St. Xavier is an autonomous institute they do not allow to do this. Also Maulana Azad college does not provide you addmission in this such condition. If you want to take an addmission in Maulana Azad College you have to cancel your previous registration in St. Xavier College.Then you will be eligible to apply in a new academic year.
